👵 AI Care Manager for Parents

Who cares wins

Available Domain: Kinside.ai

👤 Source: Max Kolysh, a visiting partner at YC, believes that there’s a huge opportunity in creating AI products for ageing populations. Here’s one.

Problem:

  • I think we can all agree…watching your parents age really sucks. But it’s something we all go through, and for many adult children, that means taking care of their parents as they age.

  • In fact, 53 million Americans are doing this work unpaid, and much of it is not caregiving at all. It’s booking appointments, chasing prescriptions, deciphering insurance letters and managing a WhatsApp group containing three siblings with strong opinions and zero calendar availability. Existing products solve one tiny slice. Agents can finally do the actual admin. Here’s the idea.

Solution:

  • An agentic platform that helps adult children to care for their parents as they age.

  • The platform consists of a shared space where every sibling can see the same care plan, appointments and outstanding tasks, while the parent interacts through the phone they already know how to use.

  • Over time, it creates a living record of the parent’s routines, needs and care history, and a voice agent even calls for regular check-ins. If conversations or routines change noticeably, it prompts the family to check in, without pretending to diagnose the cause.

💡 The Half Baked Take: Start by making life easier for one stressed-out family. If it works, employers and health plans will happily pay to make life easier for millions of them.

📧 Your Best-Performing Segment Probably Doesn’t Exist Yet

Well, it does. You just haven't discovered it.

Join us on July 29 to see how AI is changing email marketing. Hosted by Omnisend's Senior Customer Success Manager, Sadie, this session is packed with practical examples you can put to work right away.

New to Omnisend? It's an email and SMS marketing platform for ecommerce that now integrates with ChatGPT and Claude. Plus, migration is free, takes around five days, and plans cost up to 35% less than Klaviyo's.
