❌ Problem:
I’m not a “fancy restaurant“ kinda guy - give me a burger or a burrito and I’m happy as Larry. But for a lot of people, trying the most exclusive, elite eateries in their vicinities is their favorite past-time. The problem? Bots.
Many restaurant’s booking systems are being overrun by AI agents. Small businesses need to be able to tell the difference between a legit reservation or a bot hoarding bookings to resell. Here’s the idea.
✅ Solution:
Build an AI bouncer that plugs into booking systems, starting with restaurants. It would assess booking speed, repeated attempts and other risk signals to flag suspicious reservations before they swallow the evening’s availability.
Let low-risk bookings through normally. For suspicious activity, request an extra confirmation or deposit, cap outstanding reservations and release unconfirmed holds.
Sell it to venues on a monthly subscription, then pursue distribution through booking platforms
